With just an idea and a heartfelt desire to honor our mother and her simplicity, who couldn’t use a lot of mainstream perfumes due to alcohol and harmful chemicals, we started With Uma. Growing up outside India, we always missed the vibrant and diverse scents of our homeland. Whenever we could, we would bring back essential oils, body soaps and hair oils from India, cherishing the memories and the connection to our roots.

We are three sisters, proud Indians now calling North America our home. Our journey began with a desire to create something meaningful and pure, bridging our rich cultural heritage with modern innovation to create India’s first water-based perfumes which are good for your skin .
